when you’re doing the back excercise (Forgot the name) the one where you go up and down, if you roll your back up and down you will work the muscles more and actually put less strain on your back. just a more efficient way if you’re curious. If you dont get what i mean tell me
ugh just watching those deadlifts make my back hurt. the form is just so bad. You ended up putting most of the stress on your lower back. If you’re trying to work your lower back just do roman deadlifts. if you’re trying to do actual deadlifts, get your thighs basically parallel to the ground at the start. that’ll help
The form wasn’t damaging, he was doing them almost stiff legged, and for circuit training, not max effort. Fairly useless for building strength and power but compound exercise for cardio.
cross fit is a killer i though i was not going to be able to finish but my friend who wouldent even go calling me a wuss(even though he dident even attempt it) gave me to modivation to finish

for parkour, you should not lift and get all bulky, then you will be slow! body weigh exercises!! most bodybuilders cant even do a pull up lol
This looks very similar the the workouts we do in boxing. I swore thats what this was, or a mma workout.
