		<description>ugh just watching those deadlifts make my back hurt.  the form is just so bad.  You ended up putting most of the stress on your lower back.  If you&#039;re trying to work your lower back just do roman deadlifts.  if you&#039;re trying to do actual deadlifts, get your thighs basically parallel to the ground at the start.  that&#039;ll help</description>
