Watch a Hawaiian Day Octopus get attacked by a Viper Moray Eel. The amazing Hawaiian “Tako” or Day Octopus, spends its days looking for shelter in holes & cracks in the reef. Unfortunately, sometimes they pick the wrong hole. The meanest moray eel in Hawaiian waters is the Viper Moray or Canine Moray because its teeth are so big they don’t fit in its mouth. This one almost got me at the end there. Aloha & Mahalo

I don’t think that eel liked the octopus or you. And what camera are you using.
I have a new favorite eel. That must have been a scary moment with all of those teeth coming out of that ink.
